General Assembly Meetings

Lewis Cemetery Committee General Assembly meetings are held quarterly on the third Saturday of the months of January, April, July, and October. General Assembly meetings are open to individuals interested in volunteering or would like to be aware of the developments of the committee. We invite those who have relatives who have been laid to rest within the grounds or those who intend to utilize the grounds as their final resting place to engage and participate in the continued care and maintenance of the cemetery, by joining meetings, volunteering your time, and communicating with the group.

Board Member Meetings

Lewis Cemetery Committee Board Member meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month and is closed to the six-member advisory board. Board Member meetings are to discuss past actionable agenda items, examine fiscal matters, and consider new agenda items to present to the General Body.

Agendas are available 24-48 hours prior to the meetings.

If you would like to add an agenda item please contact the committee no later than 3 days before the scheduled the General Assemble meeting date.
