ONE PLOT (two graves): $400

- Two additional grave spaces (additional plot) may be purchased for $100 as long as they are in the same area.

SINGLE GRAVE: $200

FOR PLOT/GRAVE PURCHASES: please reach out to either current Treasurer, Farrell White or Jemel Parker for in-person transaction or mail check payments Payable to: Lewis Cemetery Fund to the following post office box (do not mail cash):
